David Provost, Chair

David Provost, SM '04 earned his degree from MIT Sloan. Tim Berners-Lee was a member of his thesis committee and his career has focused on digital transformation and ecommerce. Since graduation he has worked in global corporations, startups, and he currently leads an ecommerce consulting firm. He started volunteering for the Club as Assistant Vice President for the Boston Seminar Series and has served several terms as Club President. In his spare time David is a nationally ranked masters athlete and the founder of FIRST Robotics Team 6238.

Siisi Adu-Gyamfi

R. Siisi Adu-Gyamfi is a global business leader with a track record of growing and transforming companies in over 100 countries. He is Managing Partner at AGA Associates, advising PE firms and Fortune 1000 companies, and CEO of ID-Queue LLC, a healthcare SaaS company focused on improving access, productivity, and outcomes.

Siisi has held senior executive roles at Textron, Eaton, and Cummins. As Corporate SVP and President of International at Textron, he led its $4B non-U.S. business and chaired multiple leadership and strategy councils. At Eaton, he served as its first Chief Marketing Officer, launching cross-company initiatives to drive growth. He also served as Operating Advisor in Europe, turning around underperforming businesses.

At Cummins, he led the $400M Generator Drive business and global sales for the $3B Power Generation group, expanding into services like Operations and Maintenance.

Siisi received a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with 3 degrees: a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Management.

Siisi serves on the Board of Maybert Engineering and ID-Queue LLC. Boards served inlude System Insights, Inc., Council on Emerging Markets, Healthcare Without Walls, MIT Corporation Development Committee and MIT Class President. He is a member of the MIT Educational Council, BAMIT, HBSAAA and the Executive Leadership Council. Siisi is author of "Corporate Politics -- A Community Affair. A Proverbial Guide to Success" (2010) and co-author of "Inside the Minds: CMO Leadership Strategies" (2005).

Bernard Ho

Bernard spent time in both the entrepreneurial and corporate world in the high technology, energy and public relation field in the USA, Europe and Asia for the past 30 years and currently serving on boards of college, non-profit and profit organizations. Bernard is currently the Co-founder and Director of Public Communication and Strategic Consultancy in Hong Kong, a public affairs consulting firm. He also serves as an Industrial advisor to the Engineering College of Iowa State University as well as a Board Director of Energy Compression Inc. Bernard was a venture partner at Shanghai Atlas Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm in Shanghai China, which focuses on investing in Materials Science based early stage start-ups in China. Bernard was the COO and a co-founding member of the MPTV Corporation, a clean energy firm in Boston developing the latest semiconductor technology from MIT converting heat to electricity. He also set up a development and marketing office in Wuhan, China in early 2008. Bernard co-founded PCSC, a public affair & communication training and consulting firm, in Hong Kong. Bernard spent 16 years from 1984 to 2000 at Intel Corporation in the US raised from a senior training specialist to senior management rank including managing four departments (finance, production planning, purchasing, module engineering) in Intel Phoenix and co-managing 300 people as operation manager of Intel Ireland, one of Intel's then latest US$1.5 billion fabrication factories. Bernard has BS and MS in industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and Stanford University respectively. He also has a MBA as a Sloan Fellow in Innovation and Global leadership from MIT.

Diane Joseph-McCarthy

Diane Joseph-McCarthy is the Executive Director of the Bioengineering Technology & Entrepreneurship Center and Professor of the Practice in Biomedical Engineering and Chemistry at Boston University. Prior to that, she was a life science executive with over 20 years of drug discovery, development, and leadership experience. She was SVP of Discovery & Early Development at EnBiotix, a bioengineering company focused on respiratory and rare disease. She was an Associate Director at AstraZeneca, where she led a global team in Predictive Science. At Wyeth, she held positions of increasing responsibility. Dr. Joseph-McCarthy is a fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. She received her PhD from MIT and was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Joseph-McCarthy has also been a mentor for the MIT Venture Mentor Service since 2019.

Michael Owu

Michael Owu is a seasoned Vice President at MIT Investment Management Company, specializing in real estate and asset management. With a career spanning over three decades, he has held various leadership roles within the organization, demonstrating his expertise in affordable housing, urban planning, and sustainable design. His extensive experience includes managing significant real estate transactions and overseeing complex projects that contribute to sustainable development. Michael's academic background from MIT has equipped him with a strong foundation in strategic planning and feasibility studies. His commitment to sustainability and green building practices reflects a forward-thinking approach in the real estate sector. He is known for his ability to navigate the complexities of corporate real estate while fostering innovative solutions to urban challenges. Michael's leadership style emphasizes collaboration and strategic vision, making him a key player in shaping the future of the industry.

Hyun-A Park

Hyun-A Park is a distinguished alumna of MIT, holding both an SB and MCP in urban studies and planning from the School of Architecture and Planning. She is the cofounder and president of Spy Pond Partners, LLC, a consulting group in Arlington, Massachusetts, specializing in strategic management of transportation and infrastructure capital assets. Her professional career includes work at the Massachusetts Division of Capital Planning and Operations and as a Vice President at Cambridge Systematics. She also chaired the Technical Activities Council of the Transportation Research Board.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Hyun-A is a highly dedicated volunteer for MIT. She served on the MIT Corporation from 2001 to 2006, 2017 to 2023 and rejoined as a member in 2025. She has also served as president of the MIT Alumni Association. Her extensive volunteer roles include class president, reunion gift chair, leading academic visiting committees, mentoring students, and interviewing prospective students. She is also involved with the Council for the Arts at MIT, having designed its current logo. In recognition of her exceptional service, she received the Alumni Association's highest honor, the Bronze Beaver, in 1997. We (MIT Club of Boston) is honored to have her as our board member.

Darcy Prather

Darcy Prather is a former consultant at McKinsey & Company and has held leadership roles across several startups. While at McKinsey, one of his most impactful assignments was developing a commercialization strategy for a key bioengineered product for a Fortune 500 company--a strategy that has since driven billions in profits over more than a decade.

Darcy earned a Master's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and holds two S.B. degrees from MIT, in Electrical Engineering and Science, Technology, and Society.

He has served as a trustee of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was a member of the Great Lakes Industrial Technology Council (GLITeC) Advisory Board.

Diane Rigos

Dr. Angeliki Diane Rigos is a scientist, educator, and consultant interested in working across disciplines to promote sustainable solutions to global problems. Dr. Rigos began her career as a Principal Scientist at Physical Sciences Inc. She transitioned to Assistant, then Associate Professor of Chemistry at Merrimack College. In 2017, she became the Executive Director of the MIT Tata Center for Technology and Design and in 2019, Program Manager for the DOE funded Center for Enhanced Nanofluidic Transport and Associate Director for Graduate Programs at the MIT Energy Initiative. Concurrently, she co-founded the MIT LEAdership and Professional Skills and Strategies (LEAPS) Program. In 2021, she founded the nonprofit Epistimi, Inc. to offer leadership training to women in STEMM globally. Dr. Rigos has been part of the leadership team of the MIT Club of Boston since 2018.

Din Shih

Din Shih has over 3 decades of management experience in diverse industries. She has expertise in strategic planning, manufacturing, finance, education, sales and international trade, and real estate development. Ms. Shih also has experience in founding, expanding and selling companies.

She received a MS from MIT Sloan School of Management and has been an active contributor to the MIT community since her student days. She has served on various boards including the MIT Sloan Alumni Board, the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, Crew Parent and Parent Connectors, and various MIT local and international clubs.

Gayatri Aryan, Club President

Gayatri Aryan is a visionary technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-scale software innovation and delivering mission-critical applications across diverse industries. Known for her strategic clarity and exceptional customer focus, she has a proven track record of elevating agile delivery, enhancing engineering quality, and driving transformation across Fortune 500 organizations.

Most recently, Gayatri led global R&D initiatives at Dell Technologies, directing the development of advanced analytics platforms. Her leadership portfolio also includes senior technology roles at CVS Health, Fidelity Investments, and other market leaders, where she has built high-performing teams and delivered products at scale.

Gayatri currently serves as President of the MIT Club of Boston and as a Board Member of the MIT Alumni Association. She is also a Board Advisor at The Floow, where she champions strategic initiatives at the intersection of data, AI and mobility. At MIT's Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship, she mentors emerging founders and helps cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.

A believer of purposeful innovation, Gayatri fosters engineering cultures rooted in simplicity, excellence, and real-world impact. She holds an Executive MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Nancy O'Hare, Club President-Elect

Nancy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical physiology, and healthcare leadership and management. She currently serves clinically, as a Senior Clinical Physiologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Recent executive roles include Chief Operating Officer/Operations Officer at GVNA Healthcare/Orthopaedics Plus. She has held faculty positions at Northeastern University and Harvard Medical School. Nancy actively participated in Covid 19 response efforts serving as a case investigator and contact tracer for Partners in Health. She is Past President of the New England Chapter of the American College of Sports Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine. Nancy holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, and an ScD in Applied Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University.
